aboli flowers

I do not know what these flowers are called in English for that matter in any other language . The are "aboli" common flowers in Konkan, Mharashtra.

(Scientific Name : Crossandra infundibuliformis. Family : Acanthaceae)

Y'day was bit hot and avoided going out anywhere and ended painting this small floral in backyard at my native place.

Prabal, I guess splashing flower color here and there would have been good idea

The flowers are beautiful, only you could have added some specs of light in background, it looks too grey.

Another beautiful painting Ajay. The limited pallette has resulted in so much unity in this work. Thanks for sharing.

Ajay, doesn'matter the name, the most important is that you've made a very good watercolour. ¡Congratulations!

Best regards.
