Borivali national Park is close to where I stay and I keep doing landscapes there. The small house like building you see in this painting is where you buy ticket for Lion Safari, that’s most exciting part of park visit for some. This building also houses permanent exhibition of Lion and tiger pictures which is very informative.

जी जागा बघितली आहे त्याचे painting बघायला मस्त वाटते! बागेत माझा मुलगा खेळत असताना मी जिथे उभी होते तिथुन असेच दिसत होते.
Very nice capture. BTW, just trying to educate myself. let me know if i am right. In this one, you have tried to use thicker strokes with more attention to the overall feel, than the very detailed representation.
Is this water colour?
Arati, You are correct, it's watercolor on paper, have painted wet in wet and then added some more strokes to get depth and feel of the place. This is called impressionist style of painting where instead of painting every detail you create feel of it.
Very nice Ajay. Good depth seen here.
Another great watercolour Ajay. We have lots of lion parks here as well, but no tigers! Maybe you can include one of those magnificent animals in your next landscape outing to the Park?
