Failed attempt

I try and keep my paintings simple and try acheive more by working less on it. In this painting I failed to do so IMHO. Your views please.

Ajay,who says it`s a failed attempt.you have done as you thought.There is a desired depth in less work.Keep it up...

Seems a great painting to me Ajay, such width, looks like a lot of work went into it.

What do you mean failed? I think it is wonderful;...nice and loose with depth. You're too hard on yourself.

Thanks all, I considered it failed as it was too laborious and did not come easy as it should have been. Thanks once again

I love the composition and scope of this painting Ajay and I really looked hard to see what you mean. But I honestly don't think you overworked it! The colours on the water are wonderful (is this what you feel you overworked?) and the sharpness complements the misty trees so beautifully.
