Krishna River ghaat -Menvali Maharashtra

30x22 inches watercolor on paper.
This is the  place  where many movies like Swades and some comercials are  shot.
I had done few paintings at this place about 2 years back however this one is from  photo reference.

Lovely painting man! I love the trees behind the temple. There is a definite sense of scale and depth to this painting.

What an incredible sense of space - this painting goes on forever.. Thanks for clarifying the info about the Buddhist caves from your last post - they are really fascinating.

The subject is lovely and so is your depiction. The trees have been painted very nicely.Since nobody has mentioned it as yet, so it could be my imagination- but isn't the little temple a bit tilted? It struck me odd because it makes the painting look a bit warped.
The painting is lovely otherwise, especially the reflection in the pond; its great!
