Gate


Had done same spot few months back and tried it again today.

This is in from Chena Village close to Mumbai. Those who know Mumbai,its on Thane,Ghodbinder road

Watercolour is an amazing medium when you get it right and you never seem to put a foot wrong Ajay! Your paintings always combine simplicity with intricate work like this incredible tree trunk and then those wonderful colours just pull it together. Always love your work.

Liz, Thanks for kind words, I am honestly still struggling to find ways to simplify the paintings.
Vinayak, it was about 10.30 morning, being summer more sunny than usual

Hi Ajay, Gates have always been a point of interest for me.. they make amazing subject.. colors have flowed well with this one. It is almost like a single color wash and it looks special!
